Job Description

Strategic accountability of the role:

· Managing the Dynamic 365 applications environment

· Managing integration of Dynamics within the greater system landscape

· End to end development lifecycle accountability

· Data security and privacy within D365

 

Key Skills for the role:

- Logic apps (Creating new, Maintaining current, Building out on Current)

- Writing and maintaining APIs and passing through JASON to receiving API

- Exposure to Agile Project methodology

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration, Development and Testing of the Dynamics CRM solutions and websites
    • Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365
    • Manage upgrade/update support
    • Coordinate and perform database refreshes
    • Deploy and manage developer environments
    • Assist to maintain, and test system configurations and workflows
    • Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent with company standards and procedures
  • Application of recognised software development project management methodology and governance disciplines
  • Working with business to improve operational performance within the Dynamics 365 environment (CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate).
  • Work with end-users to identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Design, write, test, troubleshoot, clean, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Create, schedule and troubleshoot Dynamics workflow
  • Create and maintain technical specification documentation.
  • Assist with development and reporting efforts in Dynamics 365
  • Ensure Dynamics security
  • Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
  • Willingness to expand Dynamics certification and grow skills set within the environment.

ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in software system development
  • 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • At least 2 years working experience building solutions on Dynamics 365

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information System, or equivalent work experience
  • Dynamics Certifications required - PL-900, MB-901, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, PL-100, MB-400
  • Dynamics Certification preferred - MB220, MB-600

 

COMPUTER AND DIGITAL LITERACY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Project management waterfall and agile skills – certification
  • Data visualisation and PowerBi
